Govt. of India, State Government and the University has duly ordered for closing of all educational institutes for direct classroom mode of teaching. This order has hit the normal working of various institutes, but Skyline Institute has been pioneer in starting online mode of teaching to the students.
Skyline Institute has been successful in conducting all the lectures by online mode, after the colleges were closed owing to the Covid 19 lockdown. After detailed planning and adapting various platforms, we were able to take the classrooms to the students and enrich them with the non-stop tutorials free online tools and applications such as Zoom and Google Class room. The faculty adapted to the new online lectures module immediately. The students and parents connected from across the various places and participated in the learning classes. Numerous methods and tools of teaching learning such as Power point presentations, online whiteboard and various videos were used by faculty to enrich the knowledge of students. The attendance in most of the lectures is above 85% and students have very well adapted to this form of teaching.
Our institute has reviewed that the students are enthralled by the lectures and our Director’s are assessing the performance of students on daily basis and also their performances in online tests, quiz, MCQs and various live projects. They are also given regular assignments and their online attendance is marked on daily basis. Thus in this dire need of the hour, our faculty and students have risen to the occasion and have been fully successful in beating our common enemy, Coronavirus and have been jointly successful in carving a path for themselves, where technology has helped to bridge the gap for provision of online teaching aids and thus building the careers of the students
